Refund/Return policy?

We do not offer returns or refunds for our products. All sales are final. Slime textures and fragrances are preferential and we therefore cannot refund items based on personal preferences either.

Always play with clean hands and on clean surfaces. Dirty hands and surfaces will cause mould to develop on your slimes. Slime can also arrive sticky or become sticky over time.

Slime is strictly for people over the age of 8. Small hands usually struggle to handle slime. Do not play with slime if you are sensitive to fragrances, perfume or other household products like body lotion, borax powder or PVA glue. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
